At Buddy, we want you to love what you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn apparel. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and attach the prepaid return shipping label provided via email.

  Drop Off Your Return

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup through our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
